BANDIDOS bikies have handed in their colours at the office of a Brisbane lawyer and quit the club.Almighty kirjoitti:Luin äskettäin että Australiassa, Bandiittien yksi osastoista kaikki jäsenet luovuttivat liivinsä pois viranomaisille, en tiedä onko asiasta keskusteltu täällä aikaisemminkin mutta kuinkas siinä nyt näin kävi ?. Ymmärsin ettei jäsenet halunneet "järjestäytyneen rikollisuuden" leimaa harteilleen. Onko siis Ausseissa sitten liivien pitäminen katsottu laissa rikolliseksi toiminnaksi.
The newly resigned bikies attended the office of high-profile criminal defence lawyer Michael Bosscher yesterday and handed in their vests, which will now be returned to the club's national chapter.
Clubhouses across the state have been dismantled and Bandidos insignia returned to the club in the wake of new laws making it a jailable offence for bikies to ride in groups, enter a hotel in club colours or work in tattoo parlours.
Bikies will be sentenced to an extra 15 years' prison for offences such as drug possession, trafficking, dangerous driving or assault, and office bearers will be sentenced to 10 years on top of that.
Club members will also serve their time in a bikie-only prison where they will be confined to their cell for 23 hours a day and banned from using gym equipment or watching television.
Mr Bosscher said at least a dozen jackets had been handed over, as well as all club insignia.

Kyllä tuolla panoksia on näköjään kovennettu. Kummallista sinänsä, koska kyseessähän on vain harmiton moottoripyöräharrastajien porukka.
